David St. Clair Dunn, Director and Consulting Geologist - Mr. Dunn is a Professional Geoscientist with more than 35 years experience in the mineral exploration industry.

Clive Forth, Director - Mr. Forth has been a securities lawyer for over 25 years, acting primarily for junior resource companies listed on the TSX Venture Exchange. Mr. Forth has served on the Boards of numerous public companies.

Robert Lee, Director. Dr. Lee (DDS) has served as a director of the Company since 1992 and as its President from 1993 to 2002.

Judie Whitby, Director, Chief Financial Officer and Secretary - Ms. Whitby is a Certified Management Accountant and has had extensive experience in the brokerage industry.
