Wayne Crocker, Director, President and CEO. Mr. Crocker holds a B. ASc. degree in Metallurgical Engineering from the University of British Columbia, and an MBA from the University of Western Ontario.  He has a CFA designation and is a P.Eng. in British Columbia.

Judie Whitby, Director, Secretary and CFO. Ms. Whitby is a Certified Management Accountant and has had extensive experience in the brokerage industry.

Heather Conley, Director. Ms. Conley holds a B. Sc. degree in Geology from Acadia University. She is also an associate with Robert A. Young and Associates, an investor relations firm that specializes in mining exploration companies.

Clive Forth, Director - Mr. Forth has been a securities lawyer for over 25 years, acting primarily for junior resource companies listed on the TSX Venture Exchange. Mr. Forth has served on the Boards of numerous public companies.

Robert Lee, Director. Dr. Lee (DDS) has served as a director of the Company since 1992 and as its President from 1993 to 2002.

Rod Kirkham, Consulting Geologist and Advisor, Dr. Kirkham holds B.Sc. and M. Sc. degrees in Geology from the University of British Columbia and a PhD in Geology from the University of Wisconsin.

Peter Dasler, Director and President - Mr. Dasler is a Professional Geoscientist and has acted as a consultant geologist and contractor based in British Columbia since 1984.  He has held various corporate positions with TSX Venture and TSE listed mineral exploration companies since 1990.

Alfonso Gonzalez Costa, Vice President of Exploration and Development.  Sr. Gonzalez has been involved with the Company since January 2003.
