  • Property encloses a syncline (downward fold) with rocks of the Salmon River formation at its core (Eskay Creek is located in rocks of identical age);
  • The basal contact of the Salmon River formation with rocks of the Lower Hazelton group (Eskay Creek stratigraphy) contains sulphide mineralization and:
  • 2014 drilling confirmed the highly carbonaceous (quiescent deposition) nature of the Salmon River formation, the presence of stratiform mineralization and consequent prospectivity for an Eskay Creek style deposit.
